How do I submit a refund request?

To report an issue with a document you have purchased, please select the "Report" link on the bottom right hand corner of the document you wish to report in My Library.


Keep in mind that once the document is downloaded, the option to report an issue will no longer be available. Thinkswap recommends viewing the document by selecting "View" first to ensure there are no issues prior to downloading. Please note the ability to report an issue will also expire 24 hours from the time of purchase.
